Summary:PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a polymer optical waveguide fine pattern is provided to reduce manufacturing time and costs by minimizing the loss of diffusion of an optical signal. CONSTITUTION: An under cladding layer(302) is formed on one side of a substrate. A groove patterned with an intaglio is formed by irradiating laser to the under cladding layer. A core layer(306) is filled in the groove formed on the under cladding layer. An upper cladding layer(308) is coated on the core layer.
