Summary:PURPOSE: A connection setting method of a home node B for setting a connection in a communications system is provided to switch UE(User Equipment) between HNBs(Home Node Bs) through an interface. CONSTITUTION: An HNB transmits an attachment request message to an OMC(Operation and Management Center)(201). The OMC transmits the attachment request message to the HNB(203). The HNB sets up connection with an MME(Mobility Management Entity) displayed by the attachment request message(204). The attachment request message comprises an identifier of a CSG(Closed Subscriber Group). The attachment request message comprises information about the location of the HNB.
