Summary:PURPOSE: A pencil capable of enabling a user to refill a lead is provided to enable the user to use the pencil semi-permanently and to save resources by refilling the lead through movable and fixable parts of the pencil. CONSTITUTION: A pencil capable of enabling a user to refill a lead is manufactured by inserting the lead into a deep hole(2) of a synthetic resin body(1). The handle of an operation aperture is inserted by installing a sawtooth-shaped guide long hole(3) on one side of the body. A rubber tip is inserted into a protrusion which is included on the bottom of the synthetic resin body.
