The mechanism of a diagnosis support system for processing data obtained from a subject by a computer and presenting obtained diagnostic information is provided. A diagnosis support device comprises a diagnosis support processing means for processing the data obtained from the subject in order to extract information on diagnosis support, a storage means for storing the test history of the subject, and a change means for changing the processing method of the diagnosis support processing means according to the test history of the subject stored in the storage means. For example, the diagnosis support device performs diagnostic processing for obtaining medical diagnostic information by the computer processing of the data obtained from the subject and changes the processing method of diagnosis support processing according to the test history of the subject.
