Summary:PURPOSE: A passive optical subscriber network system for inter-local subscriber communication and a communication method thereof are provided to independently processing local data to optical transmission line terminating device by a local transmission server for communication between optical communication network units at passive optical subscriber PON structure, thereby improving transmission efficiency of the local data. CONSTITUTION: An optical transmission line terminating device(210) filters two wavelengths of the PON(Passive Optical Network) UL/DL data by the first CWDM(Coarse Wavelength Division Multiplexer). A remote node(220) transmits the wave length after the bond of the wavelength of the broadband UL data to an optical transmission line terminating device. The remote node broadcasts the wave length after the bond of the wavelength of local data to other optical network units. When the wavelength of the local data of random optical communication network unit is transmitted to other optical communication network unit, a LTCS(Local Transmission Control Server)(240) controls independent transmission form broadband data.
