Summary:PURPOSE: A display device and a driving method thereof are provided to increase an aperture ratio by reducing the required number of a thin film transistor which included in a compensation circuit. CONSTITUTION: A first capacitor is connected between a first and a second contact point. The driving transistor comprises an output terminal, an input terminal, and a control terminal. The input terminal is connected to the first voltage. The control terminal is connected to the second contact point. The first switching transistor is controlled by a first scan signal. The first switching transistor is connected between the data voltage and the first contact point. The second switching transistor is controlled by the first scanning signal. The second switching transistor is connected between the second voltage and the first contact point. The third switching transistor is controlled by the first scanning signal.
