CONSTITUTION: A luminance data decision(101) decides a plurality of pixel each luminance data. A plurality of pixels form an input image. A gamma constant decision unit(102) decides a gamma constant of each pixel by using luminance data. An image processing unit(103) processes an input image by using an image conversion ratio. The image conversion ratio bases on the gamma constant.
