Summary:PURPOSE: An audio conversion device, a manufacturing method thereof and a audios including the same are provided to effectively mass-produce a product by implementing a manufacturing process based on a MEMS technology. CONSTITUTION: A silicon substrate(22) has an opening(23). An elastomer thin film(21) is arranged on the silicon substrate to cover the opening. The elastomer thin film has a vibrator(21a) elastically arranged on the opening. A conducting wire pattern(25) is combined on the elastomer thin film. The conducting wire pattern generates a sound wave by elastically changing the vibrator to an electromagnetic interaction with an external magnetism. A connecting pattern(26) is connected to conducting wire pattern to supply a current to the conducting wire pattern.
