Summary:PURPOSE: A communication method and a device with a security function and a recording medium for performing the method are provided to maintain an original data easily by forming a security block before transmitting/receiving data. CONSTITUTION: A transmission data storage unit(210) stores more than one three-layer PDUs (Protocol Data Unit) received from a control layer. A Two-layer function processing unit(240) determines the sensing condition of a transmission interrupt. An encryption unit(260) creates a transmission unit packet by encrypting more than one of a three-layer PDUs which are stored according to the transmission interrupt which sensed by the two-layer function processing unit. A two-layer control information processing unit(250) generates a two-layer head to be applied to the transmission unit packet. A transmission block generating unit(270) creates the transmission block with an added two-layer head.
