Summary:PURPOSE: A cooling and heating system of water curtain equipment using latent heat of underground water is provided to prevent a problem hampering growth of plants by blocking sunlight, and to solve a lack of the underground water. CONSTITUTION: A circulating heating medium injector forms a water film by flowing latent heat of underground water and a heat medium between an outer film and an inner film. A collecting part(26) collects liquid heat mediums flowed between the outer and the inner films. A water curtain equipment house(20) cools and heats indoors with a water curtain. A U-shaped heat exchange pipeline(14) heat-exchanges a heat-exchange liquid heat medium and the underground water. A supply pipeline(24) supplies the heat-exchanged liquid heat medium and the latent heat of the underground water. A storage tank(13) supplies the stored liquid heat medium.
