PURPOSE: A heater block is provided to increase thermal efficiency of a heater by installing a heater cover in the entrance of a heater installation groove. CONSTITUTION: A base block(110) has a surface in which substrate is received, and forms a heater mounting groove depressed from the opposite side to the surface. An inner load is combined with the opposite surface to the base block and has an inner gateway connected to the heater installation groove. A heater is mounted on the heater mounting groove and both sides of the heater is drawn out to the outside through an inner gateway. A heater cover(116a) is installed on the heater mounting groove and blocks the heater mounting groove from the outside. The heater includes a heating coil, a coating, and a filler. The filler is filled in the coating and is positioned between the coating and the heating coil.
