Summary:PURPOSE: A spacer member for a camera module and a camera module having the same are provided to improve assembly by elastically varying the height of the spacer member according to the assembly of a cover. CONSTITUTION: A spacer member(100) is compacted by a cover(250) in the direction of a housing(210). The height of the spacer member is formed lower than the height of the original state by compression. The spacer member altogether fills the emptying aperture by expansive force between the leaf spring(240) and cover. The leaf spring adheres closely to the housing by the expansive force of the spacer member. The spacer member is made of elastic material.
