CONSTITUTION: An aluminium anodic oxidation apparatus with low temperature high voltage comprises a reaction tank(10) in which a reactive material(12) is embedded, an ultralow temperature application part(15) which lowers the temperature of the reactive material in the reaction tank, and a high voltage application part which provides electricity to the reaction tank. The anode(101) of the reaction tank is connected to the reactive material of the reaction tank, while the cathode(102) contacts with the electrolyte in the reaction tank.
