CONSTITUTION: A photoelectric converter receives light from a light receiving surface. A photoelectric converter creates signal charges by the photoelectric conversion of the light. An optical waveguide(131) comprises multiple optical guide members. An optical guide member induces incoming light to a light emitting surface. The light emitting surface of a first optical guide member(131a) faces to the light-receiving surface.
