CONSTITUTION: A transmission facilitating the option change of a farm tractor comprises a power shuttle part(200), a power shift device part(300), a four-wheel driving device part(700), and a rear axle part. The power shuttle device comprises a forward gear and back gear, a rear idle gear, a power shuttle shaft, and a power shuttle clutch. The power-shift high gear consisting of the power shift device part is the forward gear and one condition.
