PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing organic fertilizer and fermented compost using Pueraria thunbergiana benth is provided to use as environmentally-friendly agricultural material. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing organic fertilizer comprises: a step of grinding Pueraria thunbergiana benth; a step of boiling Pueraria thunbergiana benth in water to extract; a step of juicing hot water-extracted Pueraria thunbergiana benth; a step of removing starch from the extract; a step of concentrating the extract; and a step of filtering the concentrated extract. A method for manufacturing fermented compost comprises: a step of mixing 1000kg of Pueraria thunbergiana benth, 200kg of chicken feces, 30 kg of rice bran, 1kg of decomposition accelerator, and 50 L of water; a step of fermenting by mixing well; and a step of maturing.
