Summary:PURPOSE: A manufacturing method a polyolefin bead foam and a manufacturing method of a foamed mold using thereof are provided to secure the compressive strength, the recovery rate, and elastic force of a bead foam, and to reuse the foam without melting or expanding. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a foamed mold comprises the following steps; drying polypropylene copolymers with two melting points produced by a spherizone process; producing beads by foaming the dried polypropylene copolymers using a continuous extrusion foaming process; and molding the beads inside a mold. The difference between two melting points of the polypropylene copolymers is 4~12 deg C. The molding process is operated in the temperature between two melting points at the pressure of 2~5.
