Summary: | PURPOSE: A sliding bearing with improved wear resistance and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the resistance of a bearing against plastic deformation as well as against abrasion. CONSTITUTION: A sliding bearing with improved wear resistance is made of a sliding bearing composition including copper(33) 7~20 weight%, tin 1~7 weight%, carbon 0.2~2.0 weight%, nickel 0.3~4 weight%, boron 0.01~0.4 weight%, and residual iron. The sliding bearing is a bush type having a body with an inner hole in which a shaft is inserted and rotated. Tin in the sliding bearing composition is included in the form of Cu-SN alloy powder, where the content of the tin is 20~50 weight%. |
