CONSTITUTION: A towing hook apparatus of a vehicle comprises a variable towing pipe and a towing hook(200). The variable towing pipe includes a holder(110) and a sliding nut(120). The holder is fixed to a back beam(10) of the vehicle. The sliding nut is inserted to the holder. The sliding nut is formed in the rectangular columnar shape. The towing hook is connected to the sliding nut.
