PURPOSE: An aggregate manufacturing device using building stone and construction waste is provided to reduce the space and the cost for precipitating and purifying waste water including dust by manufacturing dry sand without using water. CONSTITUTION: An aggregate manufacturing device using building stone and construction waste comprises the following: a main hopper(1); a first screen(2) separating raw stone with the size over 40 millimeters to a first collecting unit and transferring the raw stone with the size under 40 millimeters to a second conveyor(23); a second screen(3) separating the raw stone with the size of 5~40 millimeters to a third conveyor(31) and transferring the raw stone with the size under 5 millimeters to a fourth conveyor(32); a physical crusher(4) crushing the raw stone with the size under 5 millimeters; and a dry sand sorting apparatus(5) transferring the normal dry sand selected from the crushed raw stone.
