Summary:PURPOSE: A reciprocating piston compressor with a transfer coefficient control unit is provided to reduce thermal stress by reducing the amount of energy consumption for operating a valve unloader. CONSTITUTION: A reciprocating piston compressor comprises a capacity control unit. The capacity control unit comprises a valve unloader(2) arranged in one or more automatic operation type inhalation valve(1) of the compressor. The valve unloader opens a sealing element(4) of the inhalation valve with an electricity working equation actuator(3) through one part of the compressor cycle. An actuator comprises an electric motor(5) as drive. A low-friction rolling element mutually operates with a counter guide(9) which is expanded from a non-rotating type lifting element(10) at a tilt.
