CONSTITUTION: A kit for processing samples comprises: at least one first container which has a fragile characteristic and contains reagents; a second container which has a flexible characteristic, may further contain the same or different reagent as or from the reagents, and provides a space mixing or reacting with the reagent and sample. The first container is positioned inside the second container.
