CONSTITUTION: A melting tank housing of a printer(10) comprises one or more ink storages and a housing. The ink storages have an opening and a chamber. The opening is located in an imaging device and accepts liquid ink. The chamber holds the ink accepted through the opening. The housing surrounds a part of the ink storages. The housing has a top part, a bottom part, and multiple side walls. The side walls are composed of mica panels. The side walls form a first air gap between each side wall and one storage unit. A second air gap is formed between the side walls.
