Summary:PURPOSE: A liquid clear colloidal soap composition is provided to prevent dissociation of ions in an aqueous solution, to be rapidly dissolved by Brownian motion that is a colloidal property, and to ensure remarkable washing property. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing aliquid clear colloidal soap composition comprises: mixing 40~50 parts by weight of polyhydric alcohols or glycols, 1~3 parts by weight of steric dispersing agent, 0.5~3 parts by weight of water softener into 40~60 parts by weight of a condensate of alkanol amine and vegetative oil; pulverizing and homogenizing the mixture in a homogenizer at 50~70 °C under 100~150 kg/cm^2; cooling and stirring the homogenized material at 40 °C or less to obtain a sol composition of particle size 200~500 nm.
