Summary: | PURPOSE: A thermal shock imitation testing device for a power transmission insulator is provided to enable efficient heat shock analysis in case of thermal shock accelerated degradation test by applying test conditions which are created by analyzing the properties of forest fire. CONSTITUTION: A thermal shock imitation testing device for a power transmission insulator comprises a heated chamber(20), a sample lifting unit, and a central control part. The heated chamber comprises a flame feed part(21) formed on one side of a refractory barrier(10). A heating part is formed on both sides of the refractory barrier in the heating chamber. The sample lifting unit selectively elevates test sample in the heating chamber. The central control part independently controls the flame feed part, the heating part, and the sample lifting unit. A cooling chamber(30) is formed on the bottom of the heating chamber. An opening(42) is formed between the heating chamber and the cool chamber. |
