In that way the resource allocation flexibility of the wireless telecommunications system is multiplied. CONSTITUTION: A fixation resource of the HARQ(Hybrid Automatic Repeat Request) domain is allocated to the mobile terminal(311). The location of the HARQ domain is changed(315). The fixation resource location of the HARQ domain is changed to the fixation resource location of the new HARQ domain. The fixation resource of the new HARQ domain is allocated to the mobile terminal(317). The new HARQ domain is the HARQ domain having modified position.
