PURPOSE: A complex sheet for suppressing electromagnetic interference is provided to protect an electric device from an electromagnetic wave by stacking an electromagnetic wave absorbing layer with a ferrite particle on one side of an electromagnetic wave shielding layer including a conductive material. CONSTITUTION: A complex sheet(1) for suppressing electromagnetic interference includes an electromagnetic wave shielding layer(10) with a conductive material and an electromagnetic wave absorbing layer(20) with a ferrite particle. The electromagnetic shielding layer is contacted with the electric device of the complex sheet. The electromagnetic wave absorbing layer is formed outside the complex sheet. The electromagnetic shielding layer changes the incident electromagnetic wave to the current type and suppresses the electromagnetic wave which is inputted to the electric device. The electromagnetic absorbing layer stacked on one side of the electromagnetic wave shielding layer absorbs the electromagnetic wave passing through the electromagnetic wave shielding layer.
