PURPOSE: A wavelength plate and a method of manufacturing thereof are provided to adhere a surface without using a glue by supplying a solvent to an internally touching film surface to melt or expand the surface. CONSTITUTION: A wavelength plate comprises the following: a phase difference film consisted with an olefin-based resin showing the structure marked as chemical formula 1; and a phase difference film consisted with a circumferential olefin-based resin. In chemical formula 1, P independently refers to a base marked as -CH=CH- or -CH_2CH_2-. X refers to a fixed number of zero, one, or three. Y refers to zero or one. R1~R4 independently refer to a substance selected from the group consisting of a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a polar group, a substituted or a non-substituted hydrocarbon radical with a carbon atom number 1~15, an alkylidene group formed by a combination of the R1, R2, R3 and R4, and others.
