Summary:PURPOSE: A lens device and an image capturing device thereof are provided to miniaturize a device and reduce manufacturing costs by using four lenses and an aperture. CONSTITUTION: A first lens(1), a second lens(2), a third lens(3), and a fourth lens(4) are arranged in order from the object to the image. The first lens and the second lens are welded. An aperture(5) is inserted between the first optic and the second lens. Incidence light is concentrated by the first lens and limited by the aperture. The incidence light is concentrated by passing through the second, third, and the fourth lens.
