Summary:PURPOSE: A node device for reducing a re-transmission time and a shortest path decision method using a spanning tree are provided to reduce a reconstruction delay time. CONSTITUTION: A node dividing unit(110) divides the number of nodes connected to the lower node in case an edge node is operated. The edge node locates in the termination of the backbone network. A spanning tree generating unit(120) generates a spanning tree consisting of a shortest path consisting network from a lower node as a number of lower nodes. A first path determining unit(130) decides the shortest path reaching based on the spanning tree to the destination node with the use course.
