Summary:PURPOSE: A speaker device and a display device including the same are provided to reduce a noise by installing a cover member which is made of a mobility material in the open surface of a enclosure unit. CONSTITUTION: An enclosure unit(20) supports a speaker unit by including at least on speaker unit(10). The enclosure unit includes one side with a opened opening(21). A cover member(30) is used in order to block up the opening of the enclosure unit. The cover member moves according to the air movement of the internal space of the enclosure unit. The cover member is made of a material preventing the penetration of air. The material preventing the penetration of air is composed of one among a resin, a fabric, a vinyl and a paper. The cover member is attached with a double sided tape.
