CONSTITUTION: A voting paper manufacturing apparatus comprises a shelf(140), a drive part(150), and a sensor part(160). A printed voting paper set(170) is put on the shelf. A space(142) is partitioned on the shelf to put the voting papers. The voting paper set is printed by the printing portion. The drive part transfers the shelf to put the voting paper set on the shelf at fixed intervals.
