Summary:PURPOSE: An automatic adjusting device for a head light and a fog light is provided to automatically control a projection angle of a head light and a fog light by a curve of a road surface using plural sensors on the certain position of a vehicle. CONSTITUTION: An automatic adjusting device comprises: a front sensor(1) measuring the distance between a front side of a vehicle and a road surface; a rear sensor(2) measuring the distance between a rear side of the vehicle and the road surface; a giro sensor(3) measuring a slant grade of the vehicle in the center; an electronic control unit(10) processing the values measured from the front, rear and giro sensors; and an actuator(20) controlling an irradiation angle of upward and downward of the head light and the fog light by a signal from the electronic control unit.
