Summary:Disclosed are (S)-1-(4-chloro-5-isoquinolinesulfonyl)-3- (methylamino)pyrrolidine monohydrochloride and a crystal thereof, each of which has excellent properties for use as an active ingredient of a pharmaceutical agent for the prevention and/or treatment of glaucoma or the like. The above-mentioned monohydrochloride crystal may have a main peak at at least one position selected from the group consisting of angle 2Θ of about 13.9°, 21.5°, 21.7°, 22.4°, 22.8°, 24.5° and 35.0° in powder x-ray diffraction spectra. 본 발명은, 녹내장 등의 예방 및/또는 치료를 위한 의약의 유효 성분으로서 우수한 성질을 갖는 (S)-1-(4-클로로-5-이소퀴놀린술포닐)-3-(메틸아미노)피롤리딘·1염산염 및 그 결정 및 분말 X선 회절 스펙트럼에서, 2θ가 약 13.9°, 21.5°, 21.7°, 22.4°, 22.8°, 24.5° 및 35.0°로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 1 이상의 위치에 주된 피크를 갖는 상기 1염산염 결정에 관한 것이다.
