CONSTITUTION: An upper fixing bracket(102) and a lower fixing bracket(103) are arranged in left and right sides of a base(101). A bearing unit(121) is coupled with the upper fixing bracket. A drive shaft(131) is coupled with a drive sprocket(133). A chain(135) is coupled with a idle sprocket(134) combined on the drive sprocket and the lower fixing bracket. A support shaft(136) is combined with the chain. A rail shaft(141) is arranged on the support shaft. A loading unit(150) arranges a screen mask(1) on the rail shaft. A cleaning unit(160) sprays the water and the air processed with the ultrahigh frequency.
