CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing ground-bait for fishing comprises a step(S10) for mixing wheat flour powder with more one of among rice bran powder, barley bran powder, or barley short powder, adding moisture to mixture, and kneading the mixture; a step(S20) of extruding the kneaded mixture long; a step(S30) of slicing the extruded rice cake; and a step(S40) of drying the cut slice. In the kneading step, sparkling powder is more added.
