Summary:PURPOSE: A test method of pinch off and a diffused junction method using a hot isotropic pressing method which is applied with the test method of pinch off are provided to perform amending which find a defected can in advance. CONSTITUTION: A can stores a material to be processed and sealed(100). The can is filled with the material to be processed and covered with a cover of the can(200). The air of the can is removed in order to be sealed(300). The pinch off state of the can is inspected(400). The can is heated for a specified time(500). The heating temperature is lowered and the can is cooled(600). The hipped can is removed in a de-canning step(700).
