Summary: | PURPOSE: A method for preparing a transformant of a plant using a vector is provided to simply remove a selection marker and prepare the selection marker free transformant of plant through self-fertilization and cross-fertilization. CONSTITUTION: An expression vector for transforming plant which is able to remove a selection marker contains stress-inducing peroxidase promoter, site-specific recombinase gene and recombinase recognition site. The recombinase gene is a stie specific recombinase FLP gene which is expressed from stress-inducing peroxidase promoter. The recognition site is a sequence of recombinase recognition frt. The expression vector is pWHF-P(deposit number: KACC 95088P). A method for preparing plant which is able to remove selection marker comprises: a step of cutting leaves of the plant; a step of infecting transformed Agrobacterium sp. microorganism; a step of inducing redifferentiation using a selection medium in which hydrogen peroxide is added; and a step of analyzing transformation of the gene. |
