Summary: | PURPOSE: An electron emission device, an electron emission type backlight unit, and a method of fabricating electron emission device are provided to improve the uniformity between pixels by controlling the operation of each resistant layer according to post-processing and operation. CONSTITUTION: An electron emission type backlight unit(100) comprises electron-emissive element(101) and a front panel(102) arranged at the front of the electron-emissive element. The electron-emissive element comprises a base substrate(110), a cathode electrode(120), a gate electrode(140), an insulator layer(130), and electron-emissive unit. The cathode electrode comprises a first electrode(121) and a second electrode(122). A resistant layer(123) is formed at the end part of the first electrode. |
