Summary: | PURPOSE: A producing method for quercetin-7-O-rhamnoside rhamnoside is provided to effectively use the quercetin-7-O-rhamnoside rhamnoside in various parts in which an antiviral material is required. CONSTITUTION: Peracetylated quercetin-7-O-rhamnoside is processed by reacting 2,3,4-tri-O-acetyl rhamnose-1-O-acetic acid imidate with 3,3',4',5-tetra-O-acetyl quercetin. A hydroxyl protection group is removed from the peracetylated quercetin-7-O-rhamnoside. The 3,3',4',5-tetra-O-acetyl quercetin selectively removes hydroxyl protecting group of a 7th position from 3,3',4',5,7-penta-O-acetyl quercetin, and is processed through a restoration by a hydroxyl group. The hydroxyl protecting group is acetyl group. The 2,3,4-tri-O-acetyl rhamnose-1-O-acetic acid imidate is processed by a react that the hydroxyl group of the 2,3,4-tri-O-acetyl rhamnose is changed to a leaving group. The 2,3,4-tri-O-acetyl rhamnose selectively removes in 1,2,3,4-tetra-O-acetyl rhamnose to a 1st position of the hydroxyl protection group, and is processed through a restoration by the hydroxyl group. 1,2,3,4-tetra-O-acetyl rhamnose is processed by a reaction that the hydroxyl protecting group is applied to L- rhamnose. |
