Summary:PURPOSE: An automatic brushing system of rubber burr of a bushing ring plate is provided to produce the precise product by removing rubber burr of a bushing ring plate in manufacturing site. CONSTITUTION: An automatic brushing system of rubber burr of a bushing ring plate(10) is composed of a product supply unit(S1), a product loading and machining unit(S2), and a discharge unit(S3). A supply stoker(11a) of the product supply unit supplies the bushing ring plate by using a slope angle with a loading stoker(11b). An air finger of the product loading and machining unit spreads the bore of a hole of the bushing ring plate with finger tongs. An automatic rubber burr grinder(15) is slid downwardly and a wire brush(16) brushes the rubber burr of the bushing ring plate. The grinding checker of the discharge unit sorts out the fault of products through a check stopper(14b) and a grinding check sensor(14a).
