Summary: | PURPOSE: An LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) device and a manufacturing method are provided to cover the entire area of a gate driver in a first alignment layer, thereby preventing a line from being damaged at a high temperature and in high humidity. CONSTITUTION: A gate line(103) and a data line(104) cross to each other in the display space(AA) of a first substrate(101). A gate driver(105) is formed in the non-display area(NA) on the first substrate. The gate driver runs sequentially the gate line. A first alignment layer(106) is at least formed on the whole of the display space on the first substrate and on the gate driver on the non-display area. A second alignment layer is formed on a second substrate. Sealant(108) is formed in the non-display area between the second substrate and the first substrate. |
