Summary:PURPOSE: A light emitting device is provided to improve compatibility of the light emitting device by improving a contact area of the light emitting device by changing the shape and the thickness of a conductive tape. CONSTITUTION: A package body(120) includes an opening for irradiating the light from a light emitting chip. A first lead frame(130) and a second lead frame(140) are separated and are connected to the light emitting chip inside the opening. A first lead frame and a second lead frame form legs(131,141) for forming electric contact to the outside of the package body. A conductive tape(200) has stickiness on both sides for adhesion with a contact side of the leg and an electrode pattern of the printed circuit board. The conductive tape corresponds to the shape of the contact side of the leg and includes a groove corresponding to the leg on one side.
