Summary:PURPOSE: A floating structure manufacturing apparatus at sea and a method thereof are provided to carry out the construction of a floating structure having high quality at sea. CONSTITUTION: A floating structure(100) manufacturing apparatus at sea comprise a base(110), a platform(130), and a lift device. The base is installed at the bottom of the sea to be exposed on the sea surface. The platform is supported on the upper part of the base. The floating structure is manufactured inside the platform. The elevating apparatus is installed between the platform and the base. The lift device lifts the floating structure manufactured inside the platform at constant height. The platform has a U-shaped cross section.
