Summary:PURPOSE: A composite ozone catalyst and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to decompose a sulfide compound efficiently and environmentally friendly, and to offer economical efficiency by increasing oxidation of organic pollutants. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a composite ozone catalyst comprises the following steps of: dissolving cobalt, nickel, and iron in hydrochloric acid aqueous(S110); dipping the gained composite metal liquid in activated charcoal(S120); reducing the dipped composite metal(S130); and drying the composite metal in which activated charcoal is removed(S140). A dissolution step is formed by performing a step for dissolving cobalt of.01-0.1 parts by weight, nickel of 01-0.1 parts by weight, and iron of 0.01-0.1 parts by weight in a hydrochloric acid aqueous solution.
