Summary:PURPOSE: A scenario-based animation service system and a method thereof are provided to generate an animation drama automatically by enabling a user to input a voice and a scenario and select a character. CONSTITUTION: An SBA(Scenario Based Animation) authoring program is installed in a client terminal(110), and generates an animation markup document after selecting an object according to an input scenario. After analyzing the animation markup document, an SBA reproduction device(130) generates or reproduces the animation by a two dimensional or three dimensional object based on the animation markup document. In case an object is changed through the SBA authoring program, an SBA management server(140) updates the object set up in the SBA reproduction device into a changed object.
