Summary:PURPOSE: A light emitting device, light emitting apparatus and electric device using a benzoxazole is provided. CONSTITUTION: A benzoxazole derivative is denoted by the general formula G1. In the general formula G1, Ar1 is substituted or non-substituted arylene group of 6-13 carbon atoms; Ar2 is substituted or non-substituted aryl group of 6-13 carbon atoms, or heteroaryl group of 4-9 carbon atoms comprising substituted or non-substituted 6 rings. A light emitting device using the benzoxazole derivative comprises a first electrode, second electrode, and EL layer between the first electrode and second electrode.
