Summary:PURPOSE: A preventing device of wrong gear shift into reverse gear in manual transmission is provided to prevent the variable speed operation of a backward shift from five shift speed changing position of the shift lever. CONSTITUTION: The select lever is installed in the transmission housing(110). According to the shift lever operation of an operator, the select lever performs the select handling. According to the manipulation of the select lever, the select load(120) is moved to the straight line. The shift lever(130) for delivering the shift operation by a transmission is installed in the tip-end part of a select load. The stopper pin(140) is located on the driving radius of the shift lever. The stopper pin is elastically supported in the housing. The stopper pin is located the stopper pin is in opposite directions at the flange part(111) of the housing to the shift lever. The stopper pin is operated the axis of a select load.
