Summary:PURPOSE: An air-bag for an assistant driver' seat is provided to protect a passenger by having strong structure in order to prevent a door from being separated and to facilitate the installation at limited area of an instrument panel by improving the assembly structure and the size. CONSTITUTION: An air-bag for an assistant driver' seat comprises followings. A main body is formed and a receiving part(220) is formed vertically to the surface of the main body. A door(200) is composed of a hook(230) formed at constant intervals along the end of the receiving part. An air bag cushion(300) is accepted in the receiving part. A mounting plate(400) is composed of a bonging groove(410) into which a hook is inserted and the mounting plate made of a bracket extended to one side.
