Summary:PURPOSE: Nail clippers are provided, which improve transportability and functionality by covering a cutting blade to protect the skin or cloth. CONSTITUTION: Nail clippers comprise: top and bottom plates in which a cutting blade is formed in one end and the other end is mutually attached; a cover unit(40) in which a hollow is empty, one end is opened, and a partial top part is opened; a push plate(30) which is placed on the cover unit; and a pressing member(50) in which one end is positioned on the push plate to press the top plate and the other end is positioned on the top plate. In the cover unit a hinge is formed on the location facing the other part of the pressing member.
